Ex-vigilante "Cryo" used to be approachable until one too many passerbys started greeting her with lame puns and other ice jokes. She now most likely hates you, and if she wasn't bound by her previous role as a public defender she would have blasted you with a wall of ice long ago. She's probably just cranky because her horns prevent her from having a good night's sleep.
