I was challenged to draw a Neopet in my own style, so I decided to use this as cel-shading practice. I tried to give him some flair to give him a little more personality than the official website artwork. The site seems to have changed a lot since I played it growing up, but it was fun to revisit the website that originally introduced me to digital artwork (cel-shading in particular).
